Horrible experience! Never ever this cleaning company. The price was low and the cleaning/handover was a complete disaster. The company is very unprofessional, they charged me things on top in the invoice which I disagreed with - such as "deeper cleaning" real joke as not even normal cleaning was done - for example the toilets were dirty left with calcium, dust on the walls and rooms was not cleaned, dishwasher was not cleaned at all - absolutely dirty, untouched by the cleaning team, oven was a complete disaster and the list is very long.. Half of the terrace was cleaned even though I paid for the high pressure cleaning - I spent another 1 hour cleaning the terrace myself. The team had 4 days to make the cleaning!!! The apartment handover took over two hours as the agency and new tenants were so frustrated how badly the cleaning was done and were asking to re-clean the toilets and kitchen again. COMPETE DISASTER!!
