Top, wir werden sie wieder beauftragen.
Bei der Abgabe wurde durch die Verwaltung bemängelt, dass der Balkon nicht genug gereinigt wurde. Wir haben abgemacht, ohne Kärchernzu reinigen, aber nicht ohne Reinigung. Unserer Meinung mach, war der Boden aber nicht Nass aufgenommen. Es gab danach eine längere Diskussion zwischen Verwaltung und Reinigungsfirma. Der Balkon sollte dann erneut gereinigt werden. Die Mitarbeiter der Reinigungsfirma sind aber nach kurzer Zeit einfach gegangen. Wir mussten danach den Balkon selbst nachreinigen. Wir haben leider den Fehler gemacht, die Firma zu früh zu bezahlen. Trotzdem ein No-go für eine seriöse Firma.
Vielen Dank für die rasche Erledigung und ihre Flexibilität. Sehr nett und ordentlich, bis zu nächstens Mal. Wohnung Reinigung, Abgabegarantie für mich nicht beurteilbar, war nicht verlangt. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen.
