Sie wurden nicht vertig mit dem Aufstellen. Der Schrank und die Eckbank haben wir abgemacht, dass diese aufgestellt werden. Wir haben Ihnen auch gesagt, dass wir befürchten, dass 3 Männer nicht reichen werden, die Antwort war, wir kommen auch mit einer 4 Zimmer Wohnung klar. Also Stand alles fest. Aber der Chef, hat bei der neuen Wohnung nur die Lampen angemacht LED, also leichte Lampen. Ansonsten wurde Pause gemacht, geraucht und telefoniert, obwohl Er sagte, dass er das alles machen kann, weil Er Schreiner ist. Das glaube Ich jetzt nicht mehr. Der eine Mann hat einfach alles in den Keller gequetscht, obwohl es extra Ablagene gab. Der 3. Mann hat meinem Partner geholfen wenigstens einen Schrank zusammen zu bauen. Ehrlich gesagt, würden wir den nicht mehr nehmen.

Am Umzugstag stellte sich heraus, dass der tatsächliche Umfang und der Arbeitsaufwand deutlich höher waren als ursprünglich angegeben. Trotz der kurzfristigen Verschiebung des Umzugstermins konnten wir den Auftrag ohne zusätzliche Termin- oder Organisationskosten durchführen. Unser Team hat den Umzug vollständig ausgeführt und mehrere Zusatzleistungen erbracht, ohne diese separat zu verrechnen. Aufgrund der entstandenen Unstimmigkeiten haben wir Ihnen zudem aus Kulanz einen Preisnachlass von CHF 400.– gewährt, obwohl der effektive Aufwand höher war als kalkuliert. Es bedauert uns, dass Sie den Eindruck gewonnen haben, einzelne Arbeiten seien nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit ausgeführt worden. Unser Ziel ist es stets, jeden Auftrag sorgfältig und professionell abzuschliessen.
