Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Ich hätte mir vor der Übergabe aber eine kurze Info gewünscht, dass der eine Wasserhahnaufsatz verrostet, und der Abfluss verstopft ist. Dann wäre ich gleich mit entsprechendem Material an der Übergabe erschienen.
Die Unternehmung hat ein sehr faires Angebot unterbreitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf die Wünsche wurde immer äusserst flexibel eingegangen - bis hin zu Anpassungen in der zeitlichen Abwicklung des Gesamtauftrags. Der Auftrag wurde auf den Abgabezeitpunkt abgewickelt und hatte keine Reklamationen der abnehmenden Immobilienverwaltung nach einer strengen Abnahmekontrolle zur Folge (Abnahmegarantie). Das Unternehmen kann vorbehaltlos weiter empfohlen werden. Unklar in der Bewertung war nur, warum beim Anklicken des 5. Kristalls nur die Hälfte angezeigt wurde. Der Bewerter wollte die volle Punktzahl vergeben.
DK Service hat bei der Schlussreinigung sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Die Wohnungsabgabe lief diesbezüglich reibungslos. Preis und Leistung stimmen überein. Bei der Administration habe ich einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: nach der Barzahlung bitte dafür eine Quittung ausstellen.
