- Costs that were said to be covered by cost estimate then ended up being added on top at the last minute after the move was completed, making this the most expensive move vs other offers received - Several household items were left behind in my apartment, so now I will need to go back to move them myself - Clothing that was neatly hung in my closet was thrown into boxes instead of using a penderie, which they said would be the case during their visit. As a result I had to reorganise the full closet and everything was a complete wrinkled mess. - Unpacking (included in my cost estimate) was a joke. All the clothes that were previously neatly folded were thrown into drawers. Items placed randomly around the house. And this is after I convinced the movers that unpacking was included in the cost estimate- they were ready to leave after leaving the boxes in the hallway. - The movers did not even bring enough boxes, so they ended up using my possessions (bags and suitcases) to “pack” things like shoes - which is unacceptable
