Vor der Offertstellung ist jemand vorbeigekommen, um das Objekt anzusehen. Das schafft Vertrauen und man weiss, dass der Preis so auch stimmen kann.
Reaktionszeit, Angebot, Termin- und Kosteneinhaltung waren sehr gut. Abzüge gibt es für die Arbeitsqualität: da gibt es noch Luft nach oben (Steinböden im Bad waren nicht sauber, Spinnweben an der Decke und Deckenspots nicht entfernt, Kalk/Waschmittelablagerungen in Gummimembrane WM noch sichtbar, etc.). Da hätte ich von einem Profi schon ein wenig mehr erwartet.
Sehr geehrte Frau Pirotti Danke für Ihren Service. Zeitlich waren die Putzdamen auf die Stunde fertig. Leider musste viel nachgeputzt werden. 3 Leute wären besser gewesen sodass nicht so unter Zeitdruck gereinigt werden müsste. Ansonsten ist auch der Vermieter dann doch noch zufrieden gewesen. Gerne wieder, ich kann sie empfehlen. Beste Grüsse A.Peyer
