Baran Reinigungen war die einzige Firma, welche sich die Zeit nahm meine Wohnung anzuschauen. Der Vertreter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Wohnung wurde am vereinbarten Tag zur vereinbarten Zeit gereinigt. Die Verwaltung war sehr beeindruckt von der Sauberkeit und konnte absolut nichts beanstanden. So eine unkomplizierte Abgabe hat meine Verwaltung sehr selten. Grosses Kompliment an Baran Reinigungen! Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: 1. Die Firma könnte etwas proaktiver auf die Kunden zu gehen und bspw. 1-2 Tage vor der Reinigung nochmals den Kontakt suchen. 2. Die Mitarbeitenden hatte keine Quittung dabei, um die Zahlung, welche nach der Abgabe fällig wurde, zu bestätigen. Ich habe kurzerhand selber eine Quittung ausgestellt. Alles in allem aber eine super Dienstleistung, ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Firma absolut weiter empfehlen.
Leider kamen die Reinigungskräfte viel zu spät (3.5h!), was mühsam war für die Schlüsselübergabe. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, allerdings war die Abgabe dann unproblematisch, da die von der Verwaltung bemängelten Dinge sofort in Ordnung gebracht wurden.
