Nicht zu empfehlen
Mir wurde ein Kostendach offeriert, mit dessen Ausschöpfung nicht gerechnet hatte. Dies war mein vierter Umzug mit einem Umzugsunternehmen und kein anderer Anbieter benötigte je so lange. Zudem hatte ich im Vorfeld sehr klar deponiert, dass der Umzug mit nur einer Fahrt gemacht werden muss, da ich am selben Tag auch meine Wohnung übergeben und noch fertig putzen musste. Den ganzen Ablauf habe ich dem Unternehmen mitgeteilt. Es kam sogar jemand im Vorfeld vorbei um das Volumen zu schätzen, auch da schien alles i.O. Am Umzugstag selber war das erste, das die drei Mitarbeiter feststellten, dass sie mehrere Fahrten benötigen würden. Ich beanstandete das sofort, weil es nicht so vereinbart gewesen war. Zum Schluss weigerte ich mich das volle Kostendach sofort zu bezahlen. Am Telefon teilte man mir absolut ungehalten und in barschem Ton mit, dass ich den vollen Preis sofort bar zu bezahlen habe, da war kein Spielraum, kein Einsehen vom Anbieter. Mir wurde sofort mit Betreibung gedroht. Im Nachgang habe ich nun auch noch Glasbruch und Schäden an Möbeln festgestellt. Zwar gemeldet, aber ich rechne nicht mit einer positiven Antwort. Es wird nicht auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen, obwohl sie im Vorfeld sogar schriftlich mitgeteilt wurden. Die Behandlung eines unzufriedenen Kunden ist absolut fragwürdig. Mir wurde sogar gesagt, man müsse als Unternehmen ja dann zukünftig nicht mit jedem Kunden zusammenarbeiten. Diesen Wunsch erfülle ich dem Unternehmen gerne, das war mein erster und letzter Umzug mit diesem Unternehmen. So eine Behandlung ist unverschämt.
