Absolut stümperhafter Service, Keine Abmachung wurde eingehalten, Reinigung ungenügend, Sanitäranlagen zerstört, Schlüssel nicht wie abgemacht zurückgegeben . Jeder Satz ist eine Lüge. Kann alles per Mail bewiesen werden. Sehr aggressiver Umgangston, würde ich nie mehr empfehlen oder buchen.

Liebe Frau Walser Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie nicht zufrieden waren. Wir möchten jedoch klar mitteilen, dass Ihre Aussagen nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Wir haben die Reinigung erfolgreich abgeben. Dies können wir auch gemäss Rapport bestätigen. Leider waren Sie selber nicht vor Ort, obwohl es zwingend notwendig ist. Wir haben alle Schlüssel abgeben, da Sie jedoch nicht vor Ort waren, mussten wir es dem Eigentümer direkt geben. Auch da mussten wir improvisieren, da Sie nicht da waren. Wir haben die Sanitäranlagen (technisch) nicht zerstört, wie ist das auch möglich mit einer einfachen Reinigung? Die Sanitär-Anlagen waren bereits vorher defekt, Sie wollten unsere Versicherung betrügen. Da machen wir nicht mit! Trotzdem wünschen wir Ihnen alles Gute für die Zukunft und stehen jederzeit gerne für Sie zur Verfügung. Liebe Grüsse Team Herz Umzug
