The cleaning and handover was perfect. The problems were in communication and administration. They take the key as a guarantee until the apartment handover. However, this is not stated anywhere in the contract. Indeed, when I called them and explained that I would need in writing that they would keep the key - they said they would send an email and never followed through. Luckily all went ok. But I wish they had communicated better to reduce stress on my part.
