Die Firma reinigte selbständig mit Schlüsselhinterlegung. Die Wohnung war okay sauber. Es gab noch etliche Spinnwaben an der Decke und im Bad wurden die Fliesen nicht schön nachpoliert. Der Chef und eine Mitarbeiterin waren vor Ort und haben dies sofort ausgebessert. Nach der Reinigung waren die Storen kaputt, die vorher noch ganz waren. Die Firma sagte, die Storen seien beim Runterkurbeln einfach runter gefallen und lehnten eine Verantwortung ab. Ich weiss nicht, ob das stimmt oder ob die Storen beim Putzen kaputt gingen. Ich fand aber die Kommunikation darüber nicht okay, da die Firma den Mangel erst erwähnte, als wir ihn kontrollierten.
