Lösung für ein Problem wurde schnell gefunden!
Original cost estimate was not accurate. The quote reflected 7 hours overall, but work resulted with 15 hours where I paid 12 hours. This was done in two days. The truck provided was small, and took 5 turns on the first day. It could have been far more efficient to use a bigger truck. The work execution was not fast, myself jumped in to speed up the process. Despite the many turns, they did not follow my requests where to start that lead to unprepared furniture and bad logistics. They arrived an hour earlier despite my specific request, and on the second day they arrived 25 minutes late, although that was communicated 10 minutes before the meeting time. The organization was rather a hit and miss. In these given circumstance the work team was polite and flexible, however I felt that this was calculated in on their end. We have left with a few damaged furniture, on which we will submit insurance claim. no outcome is clear yet. Overall, the estimate and review could have lead to more efficient execution, despite my efforts to try to steer this it was ignored, however I am no expert in this so that I can accept.
Leider musste ich mit Nachverhandlung fast 50% Aufpreis gegenüber der Offerte bezahlen. Die Umzugsfirma fuhr bereits am Auszugsort mit Verspätung ab, obwohl die Wohnung vorab besichtigt wurde und die Situation klar war. Wäre die Verspätung am Einzugsort aufgetreten hätte ich mehr Verständnis aufbringen können. Der Kontakt war immer angenehm und freundlich, auch bin ich mit der Qualität des Umzugs zufrieden. Alle Möbel wurden ausreichend geschützt (die Pflanzen litten am meisten) und am Ende war die Whg quasi eingerichtet. Ich würde die Firma weitetempfehlen, allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass mit einem Mehrpreis gerechnet werden muss.
