Wir hatten eine 4 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Die Mitarbeiter waren pünktlich, der Arbeitsablauf ok. Leider war der Lastwagen zu klein, weshalb ein zweites Mal gefahren werden musste. Da wir kein Auto haben konnten wir mit einem Mitarbeiter mitfahren. Anstelle der geschätzten 9 Stunden brauchten sie 11,5. Es fielen Kommentare, dass wir zuviele Sachen hätten. Unsere Lampen wurden wegen Zeitmangel nicht mehr demontiert. Diverse Möbel wurden zerkratzt. Mein antiker Sekretär wurde an 2 Orten beschädigt. Eine Beschädigung wurde mir gezeigt mit dem Kommentar, dass man das ohne Problem mit Holzleim reparieren könne. Der zweite Schaden bemerkte ich erst nach Abfahrt der Mitarbeiter. Ein Schrank wurde nicht so aufgebaut wie ich es instruiert hatte. Zum Glück wurde ein Zeitdach vereinbart und wir mussten nur den Preis für 9 Stunden bezahlen. Ich würde da Zügelunternehmen nicht mehr wählen.

Es fehlte etwas die Erfahrung für grenzüberschreitende Umzüge (Italien). Bei Privatumzug ist es besser, zuerst den normalen Grenzübergang zu versuchen. Geht man direkt den Weg des Schwerverkehrs, zahlt man - wie in meinem Fall - die anfallende IVA. Den Kunden daraufhinweisen, dass es in diesem Fall keine Probleme gibt, wenn man schon die 'Residenza' hat!
