Après un très agréable rendez-vous pour le devis, Monsieur Revassi s’est révélé être un sacré margoulin. Le jour-J il simule l’étonnement en voyant les cartons dont il avait (a mon avis délibérément) sous-évalué le nombre. Un peu avant la fin des cartons il menace soudain et véhémentement de vider le camion sur le trottoir si on ne paie pas un surplus. Je lui dis que ce n’est pas ma compétence d’évaluer le nombre de cartons mais la sienne, suite à quoi il déclare que le contrat mentionne un nombre de cartons et que ce n’est pas son problème s’il y en a plus. Le ton monte et à chaque étape il montre sa malhonnêteté et même son mensonge. Après la pause de midi nous proposons du café et du dessert, rien n’y fait. Nous lui demandons poliment pourquoi une armoire est mal ajustée après remontage, il perd ses nerfs et insulte ma femme. Les mots et les menaces deviennent intolérables. Nous lui demandons poliment comment fonctionne l’assurance si d’aventure nous constatons un dommage, rebelote, crise de nerfs et théâtre dramatique (et vulgaire). Il arrache de ma copie du contrat de mes mains et tente de modifier le montant de la facture. Service cher au début et encore plus cher à la fin, malhonnête, menteur, menaçant, grossier. Dommage, ses employés sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils se sont même sentis obligés de s’excuser pour le comportement de leur petit chef. Fuyez!
