Der Umzug war um 08:00 verabredet. Leider ist die Umzugsfirma dann erst um 14:30 gekommen! Das war SEHR schlecht, da das Reinigungsunternehmen bereits um 11:30 mit der Reinigung anfangen musste. Mir wurde dann telefonisch einen Rabatt versprochen. Leider wussten die Zügelmänner davon nichts. Nachdem ich ihnen das erklärt habe gewährten sie mir einen Rabatt von 67.-. Ich habe dem Büromitarbeiter erklärt, dass das nicht wirklich eine Entschädigung ist für die Umstände die wir dadurch hatten. Eine Antwort darauf bekam ich leider nicht.
