Hat alles bestens geklappt.
Umzug und Reinigung verliefen ohne Probleme und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Firma kurz vor dem Umzug einen Tag lang nicht erreichbar war per Telefon und Email.
Mit Royal Transporte war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Zügelmänner waren sehr effizient und professionell. Sie gingen sehr gut auf meine Wünsche ein und waren sehr angenehm. Ich kann das Zügelunternehmen vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen, wirklich ein sehr gutes Team.
Die Vorbereitung war etwas mühsam, die Rückrufe und somit die auszuleihenden Schachteln kamen nicht (habe mich dann inzwischen selber organisiert), ich empfehle vor dem Zügeltag unbedingt nochmals Rücksprache zu nehmen und alles nochmals durchzugehen. Das Reinigungsteam war von der selben Firma und stand - nicht wie abgemacht 1 Tag nach dem Umzug - sondern am Umzugstag vor Ort. Die Ausführung des Umzuges sowie der Reinigung war aber tadellos, die alte Wohnung wurde ohne Beanstandung abgenommen.
Der Umzug hat reibungslos geklappt.
