Glasschrank unsachgemäss transportiert und Glasplatten zerbrochen. Nach Anfrage für Schadensbeteiligung hat die Allianz Umzug GmbH nicht mehr kommuniziert. Eingeschriebene Briefe wurden nicht abgeholt. Versicherungsfälle wurden nicht abgewickelt.
- Der Experte der im Vorfeld die Wohnung und das Umzugsvolume angeschaut hat, hat sich in Bezug auf benötigtem Zeitaufwand und Verladevolume (Umzugswagen) verschätzt. - Im Wagen passte nicht alles rein, es blieben einige Gegenstände zurück, die ich dann mit mehreren Autofahrten transportieren musste. - Der Zeitaufwand konnte nur eingehalten werden weil ich zusätzlich zwei Hilfspersonen dabei hatte, sonst hätten die arme Umzugsleute keine Chance gehabt (vom 4ten Stock ohne Lift zum 3en Stock ohne Lift). - Die Umzugsleute kamen mit 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten Verspätung an, weil schon der vorherige Auftrag nicht rechtzeitig erledigt werden konnte (meine Vermutung). + Die Umzugleute waren sehr freundlich und angenehm, man merkte aber dass sie kein Team bilden, der Ablauf war ein wenig unkoordiniert. + Die "wertvollen" Möbel wurden fachgerecht geschützt. ° Ich hatte noch keine Zeit TV und alle elektronischen Geräten und Instrumenten anzuschliessen und zu testen, sowie Gläser und Geschirr auszupacken. Ich hoffe und denke da ist alles in Ordnung...
Die Gesamtkosten wurden gemäss Offerten eingehalten. Aber es wurde eine Zusatzgebühr von CHF 150 für Schwerlasten verlangt, obwohl ich bei der Wohnungsbesichtigung für die Offerte explizit danach gefragt habe. An mindestens zwei Stellen in der Wohnung hat es jetzt Farbschäden. Das Sofa wurde bei der Demontage oder Montage beschädigt. Die beweglichen Teile funktionieren nur noch mangelhaft
