Was versprochen und NICHT eingehalten wurde: 5 geschulte Personen vom Putzpersonal vor Ort, Abnahme garantiert, gute Qualität der Reinigung, kein Preisaufschlag für allfällige Nachbesserungen. Fakt: 2malige versuchte Abnahme durchgefallen, beim 3. Mal meldete sich niemand mehr. Trotzdem Abschlussrechnung erhalten mit Preisaufschlag 20% für "Mehraufwand".
