Ich habe prompt einen Anruf bekommen und auch kurzfristig einen Termin. Am Telefon wurde mir auf Anfrage gesagt, dass der geschätzte Aufwand ca 600-800 Franken sein wird. Es wurde mir per Mail eine Auftragsbestätigung mit 135.- Franken pro Stunde garantiert. Ich hatte angegeben, dass es sich um einen kleinen Umzug mit wenig Möbeln handelt. Nach 2.5 Stunden war der Umzug vorbei es wurden jedoch 4 Stunden berechnet, obwohl das nirgends schriftlich steht, weder auf der Webseite noch im Angebot. Zudem wurden diverse Pflanzen und kleinere Objekte in der Wohnung zurück gelassen, sodass wir nochmals ein Auto mieten mussten. Ich habe per Email den Eigentümer aufgefordert, den Betrag der nicht geleistete Arbeit zurückzuzahlen. Die Antwort war 4 Stunden sei das Minimum und am Telefon haber mit 600-800 gerechnet, ich könne froh sein dass ich nur 4 Stunden bezahlen müsse. Kann die Firma auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.
