Umzug: Die Wohnung wurde vorab besichtigt. Dennoch musste ein zusätzlicher Anhänger eingesetzt und bezahlt werden, und dies, obwohl Küche und Keller bereits privat gezügelt worden waren. Kartons wurden wie versprochen geliefert. Die Arbeiter schienen keine Profis zu sein, der Chef gestresst: So gab es einige Beschädigungen an Mobiliar und Wohnungstüren. Das Verpacken mit Folie schützt nur vor Regen und Staub, aber nicht vor Schäden. Auf der Barzahlungsquittung wurde "keine Schäden" angekreuzt, trotz mündlicher Zusage, Kosten bei der nachfolgenden Reinigung abziehen zu können. Reinigung: Termin wurde um 1 Tag verschoben (bei Nachfrage hiess es: "Verkehrsstau"). Beim Versuch, den fixen Abflussstopfen herauszudrehen, wurde das Siphon gelöst, was später zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung führte. Sonst o.k.
