Guten Tag Wir sind vom Akt.ZH ins Tessin Umgezogen. Es waren vier Mann ;einer davon koordinierte das Ganze. Nach ca.einer Stunde musste ein Arbeiter wegen Rückenschmerzen die Arbeit liegen lassen . Eine Stunde später kamen zwei andere Arbeiter dazu, es ging alles zügig voran. Im Tessin angekommen wurde mit dem Ausladen begonnen. Leider mussten wir feststellen, das einige Möbel beschädigt wurden; entweder durch falsches Laden ,oder abladen. Die Möbel lagen rum auf dem Rasen, einige fielen im Laster um,auch das „wohin“sie getragen werden sollten war eine Milde Ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Leider verstanden diese zwei Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch. Es ist uns klar das es eventuell kleinere Schäden geben kann, bei einem Umzug, aber nicht in diesem Ausmaß .

am neuen Wohnort wurde das Bett chaotisch und unpassend zusammengestellt. musste es wieder komplett auseinandernehmen und passend zusammenstellen!!!!!

Die Lampen wurden nicht entfernt! Der Keller war nicht geräumt, obwohl das in der Offerte drin enthalten war. Nach diversen Telefonaten und einigem hin und her wurde das dann noch erledigt.
